This boy is a great proven sire. He's got the stuff- good conformation, great bone density, stature like his dad. But even better is his great, friendly disposition, nice fleece architecture and fineness. He expresses the Hemingway genes not only in his own stature but in his offspring. His fleece is a dream to dye and handspin. His lineage and their pedigree shows off in this boy. He has the Hemingway stature, fineness of the Caligula and Rico Suave lines through his renowned grandsire American Accoyo Zion. As a 2 year old, he had the size and maturity of an adult with the interest in breeding that I haven't seen in a male so young. He is related to most of my offspring and future breeding females so it is time for him to find a new farm. He is a dominant male, that has to set the pecking order of the herd, but settles down nicely and is friendly toward humans. He does like to escape to join the female herd when the opportunity arises, so watch those gates and make sure fences are solid!

Zephyr has put his mark on the this herd as the dominant herdsire. He carries Hemingway, Zion, Caligula and other high quality pedigrees in his lineage. His fleece is bright, dense, crimpy, fine with defined staples and is a joy to spin. And he has warm personality and is easy to handle for humans, but is the dominant boss within the herd. His bone structure is solid and conformation is great. He knows his business and is ready to be tested. He is being sold as a breeder, never shown but puts his stamp on the fleeces and cria produced. Since he has been bred so much on my farm, its time for him to leave his mark elsewhere. Very prepotent male. His fleece is one of the first to be selected by hand spinners. Broad crimp, deep amplitude and continuing fineness, even in to his longer years.

At 6.5 years old he won reserve championship in fawn males at the 2021 Caba classic and 2021 AWE show.
