Santo (deceased)

Santo is a big, bold, protective male lingering, upper 20's micron fleece at age 12! He is grandson of Hemingway G171 and Pperuvian Dracula. He has the look of most other Hemingway males - strong, blocky build with perfect conformation and bite. He also has pure white, high frequency crimp although not zipper style, with long staple length that has maintained its mid 20's micron range and produces a blanket of nearly 5 pounds! In my opinion, he's good bet to produce some nice offspring.

I'm offering this animal specifically so we can get some of his genes into the alpaca mainstream gene pool. He has been evaluated and recommended as a sire by Jamie Richard of Paca Paradise Ranch, an elite, award winning breeder. He has successfully sired a white female cria, born in August 2016.
